A logistics hub required analysis of its high fire-load zones and recommendations to reduce fire spread risk without halting operations. Fire load calculations were performed to classify risk zones. We introduced fire-rated walls, automatic fire doors, and compartmentalised storage areas to isolate combustibles. Passive fire protection was enhanced using intumescent coatings.Fire load was reduced by 35% in critical zones, and insurance premiums decreased due to enhanced safety classification.
